Will I get my original items back?
Yes. Your original tapes, discs and film are returned. Local return arrangements or customer return shipping are confirmed with your quote.
What if I don't know the format?
Text a photo of the item and its label. We'll help identify it. For reel-to-reel audio, compatibility depends on recording speed, track format, reel size and condition.
How are film reels transferred?
We coordinate transfers of Regular 8mm, Super 8 and 16mm film through our trusted specialist. You receive digital MP4 files with your selected delivery option. Our specialist shipping is included in the film rate; customer mail-in and return shipping are separate.
Can cleanup remove every scratch or improve every tape?
No restoration can guarantee perfect results. Optional film cleanup can reduce visible dirt, scratches and grain. AI video enhancement is a separate option for videotapes. We discuss suitability and pricing before proceeding.
Do you scan printed photographs?
Printed-photo scanning is not currently offered. Our photo-disc service copies digital photos already stored on readable CDs and DVDs to USB. Damaged or unreadable discs require separate assessment.
How do I watch my private video library?
We deliver your collection through MediaZilla. You can watch using supported apps and devices, invite family and download your videos. Marc can help you get started. Keep your own separate backup.
How long does a transfer take?
Many tape projects take around 2–3 weeks. Film, audio, large collections and damaged items may take longer. We'll confirm current timing before you book.
Will my recordings stay private?
Your recordings are handled for your transfer project. Film is shared with our transfer specialist for processing. We do not publish your family recordings; you choose whom to invite to your online collection.
How do I place an order?
